Not a tumour dear. It is inflammation of your pharynx and both tonsills also known as tonsillopharyngitis. It has many causes. In your case it seems to be due acid reflux from your stomach. Avoid sour and spicy foods. Avoid alcohal and citrous bevearages. Don’t lie down immediately after taking meals. Preferably walk for 15 min after meals. Limit intake of tea and coffee.
Next Steps
If symptoms don’t relieve completely revert back to me for pharmacological treatment.

Both the tonsils are symmetrically enlarged. Less likely to be a tumor. Please get it checked physically by an ENT to rule out any active infection. You can do betadine gargles/ listerine until then. And eat leas oily/spicy/fried food.
