I feel little discomfort in my right side jaw under ear,sometime its travel to head,so I feel some headche, so please give me better solution and home remedies,if its cure

I took just one montec lc tablet 2 days back and it reduced my runny nose and sore throat but still I feel blockage in ear and nose... And little loss of smell and taste .. isit due to blockage??? Hi, i have vertigo for 4 months checked with ent eye and neuro. Mri mra is clear. Ent said i have sinus in inner ear and also bcoz of neck spasm. He gave me few exercise like neck exercises. And gave gb vert 16, montek bl, tizan for 15days. 15 days over still my symptoms are not over. I am using neck collar while working in system. Kindly advice. Now iam taking vertin 8mg for time being.
