Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have throat problem like throat irritation since 2/3 months, My throat just does not feel normal, I went to 2-3 doctors but nothing seems to work, doctor gave me antacids course however there is no improvement, I really want to be fine again , I fear I would be having cancer or something. Attached pictures of my throat endoscopy.
