Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello , i am suffering from a throat problem in right side last 2 days . Besically when I chewing food then felling tightness and movement pain in area ( i am attaching the picture which position I am facing) . Actually I am fearing this issue. It it thyroid gland issue or any serious issue?

I am suffering from rhinitis but don't know the reason why it is happening took Lotz of treatment but nothing is sufficient is there any test I can do who tell the exact issue and is there any permanent cure of this issue.

Ear pain since yesterday . Before that day ate chocolates and sweets .. i have mild sinus. Slightly throat is pain when iam getting up in the mrng after drinking water it is fine. If iam using mobile my eyes are paining slightly . I don't have cold also... Can u suggest tablets or ear drops for me as ear is paining alot.

I tested positive for Covid last week. I had no fever, initially for 1-2 days had sore throat, a broken voice and little cough. But as few days passed, my throat is not exactly sore but feels more scratchy, and there has been quite some coughing (I do not generally have a coughing issue, although I tend to get a sore throat quite often). I gargled with Betadine for few days, and I take Strepsils tablets once almost everyday. It gives me only temporary relief. I also had cold and a stuffed nose but that is slowly getting better. It's been almost a week and the coughing isn't reducing. The scratchy feeling in the throat is directly inducing the coughing. It's not like I am coughing all the time. But once in a while the throat feels very pricky(like it happened in sleep today, all of a sudden) and results in coughing. I could only go back to sleep after taking a Strepsil. So, what should I do? What medicines should I take if the usual Betadine and Strepsils are not being enough?

I cannot eat any kind of solid food and some liquid food with its original essense or taste... Every first bite tastes like eating coffee... Is it a problem or any symptom doc???

My son who is 16 has a perpetually blocked nose which makes it very difficult for him to breathe. I usex otrivin but dont want to make it a habit. I give him steam but doesnt really help. Can i use a nasal spray which would give relief and cure this thing. Pls advise

Three days back i experienced pain in throat but next day pain was not there but I was feeling some foreign stucking in the throat. I think my epiglottis is irritating.

I'm having throat pain and one side of tonsil having red color wounds. What may be the problem. Can it be treated. 2 months before same problem when I was having fever
