Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

While I am staying in my friends place or relatives place or roaming outside I don't have any problem but when I am at home i get this type of problem. And only one drop of water comes out from the edge of my nose what is this I am not able to understand Please provide what type of medicine to be used

I suddenly realized that my right ear hearing is very low. It feels like that there is some liquid holding in side the ear but I don't remember about any such incident. Right ears wax is more liquidus and color is also lighter than normal wax. Left ear is completely fine.

In August last year, I noticed some water coming out of my ear after using earphones and I though it's just sweat. But next morning water was still there and I went to doctor and they said it's just allergy and will go in some weeks. But even after months whenever I put earphones on, water comes out of my ear and it lasts for around 2-3 weeks.

I started having flu symptoms from 7th Jan. It started with a scratchy throat. Then body pain started and weakness occurred for next 2 days. After a while I developed cough and running nose. Today I couldn't smell things properly. So what medicines should I take to recover?

So, this is a thing that's bound to happen 2 times a year. Whenever I catch a cold, excess salivation follows after 1st day. I salivate continuously. The thing I've noticed is that no medication has worked till now. It completes it's cycle of 3-4 days & then stops. Is there any serious problem? Also, if the doctors could suggest any medicines that would stop this salivation.
