Is it possible to cure permanently adenoids hypertrophy and rhinositus ...is it definitely required operation, my age is 22 iam having this problem from 10years old sir

I had tonsilitis before and there was some white stuff which got dislodged with betadine gargle. This ledt a huge hole and I have had cheesy white stuff. I went to couple of ENT doctors. One doctor said it's tonsillar slough the other said it's keratosis tonsils. I have not symptons at all. But I want to get rid of this white stuff. I am advised hydrogen peroxide gargle with water. Please advice me how to get rid of it.

I have been sneezing for more one month. I have already taken 5day levoccetrizen  . When I take medicine sneezing get stopped. After 5 day I stopped medicine sneezing again starts. Most of time I feel itching in nose then  sneezing comes and water from nose. So kindly advise me any nosal spray or medicine.

Are furamist nasal drops also good for decongestion especially eustachian tube or sinuses. My ENT had prescribed these and he is out of town so cannot consult now.

Hi, I get more whitish mucus in my throat and I keep swallowing it always in order to clear my throat. Happens more in the morning time. Sometimes feel like vomiting. No other symptoms. Hi, my nose is mostly blocked and it gets worse when I lie down and I breathe from mouth. Also in the day time also lot of time the nose is blocked. Please advise. Thanks Sudhir
