Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am not able to listen with left ear since many years it's not working properly please advise thanks

Im suffering from cold ... Always my nose is blocked , dryness in throat, bodypain , weakness, ... Nowadays i feel some irritation in throat i seen white spot in my tonsils ... Im watching everyday it grows day by day. Atlast it falls when i cough then is disappeared but again after a week again it appears in tonsils.. what is reason for this... How to avoid this ... Can nasal Hypertrophy cause internal pressure feeling on sinus and mouth area like having a weight on whole mouth while moving, lying..is it possible?

Can you please interpret the attached MRI report? My symptoms are vertigo, headache and dizziness. Once or twice mild pins and needles in my left side of face. Is nasal polyps something I need to worry about? Please let me know. Thank you.

Hello Sir/Madem I was found redness on my face skin (like acne) with pain from last few months .. and its increase dmeay by day .. and i also felt extreme headache , phlegm in throat it is extreme in morning and after eating and in routine life it is littlebit ... it is due to bacterial,viral,fungal infection or any other disease .. i dont know .. so i have to counsult with which doctor ?? please help ..

I am facing nasal blockage since long which eventually made me mouth breather apart from that i also have very misaligned teeth that looked very deshaped and weird and my jawline also shifted forward and my neck also pains all the time and bent forward overall i am facing much difficulty in nasal breathing with poor body posture

I was suffering from cold last 10 days now i got relief from it. Bug now i feel my right ear  open and empty . What is this. There is mild pain which i do not feel continously but suddenly

From pas 7days i m surfing from mouth ulcer. first day ulcer was in my toung only but today it is in my entire mouth nd its painful. I hv taken bicosul table approx 10+ table till now i also take zytee (antiseptic pain-relieving gel) but yet not recover..

I have few painful reactive lymph nodes in the neck region from over a month. They pain slightly and I have no infection. I saw an Ent and did USG of neck thrice. The USG's shows all are subcentimeter with intact helium just reactive lymph nodes and no increase in size. I had a boil behind my ear a month and half ago. But that has healed. My concern is I get fever sometimes and pain in hands and legs. Off lately also getting little numbness in fingers. The lymph nodes are slightly painful. My Vit D is insufficient for which I'm taking D3 tabs. Also B9 is at 315 lower side for which I'm taking folic tabs. I'm just worried that the nodes are still reactive even after a month and hopefully are not indicative of something chronic like cancer. Could any one please advise should I be concerned or what should be my next steps ?

Around one month I have a gland under ear with light pain ,I took some antibiotics but improve little.and same side of (right)hand in pain . Doctor gave me antibiotics and pain killer.but I want to know the reason.i am worry.
