Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sometimes I feel my nose is blocked especially in the morning when I wake up from a couple of years... And Also I have Cough(with less to moderate phelpgm) that doesn't completely cease at all I mean there is always a presence of phelpgm (Generally whitish and occassionally a bit yellowish) What is it? What can be done to get rid of cough and blocked nose permanently Any tests required for persistent mild to moderate cough.. (And No I don't smoke)

Recently two months ago undergone tympanoplasty, got stitch infection and last week surgeon had stitched again. But after that continuously getting echo in my left ear. Though I can hear but its irritating and if I pickup any call and trying to hear from left ear voice tune completely change and right ear voice tune is ok. Mainly problem occurs when someone talks loudly.

I had fever,body ache, cold and throat irritation. Doctor gave me augmentin 625 along with other medicines, my symptoms reduced after 1st dosage and I am fine now its 3 days. Is taking augmentin 625 twice a day for 3 days enough or should I complete the 5 day course. This is a general question for future too, whenever I have mild fever cold can amoxyllin be taken for3 days.
