Since today morning i have developed sore scratchy throat along with watery eyes and mouth,runny eyes nose, throat irritation,..PLZ suggest

Sir i have feeling of something stuck on one side of my throat for 4 days prior to that i had sore throat for a day sore throat has been healed but after that i feel like sonething stuck in left side of throat i m scared please help
