Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a pronouncing problem particularly R alphabet . I am a adult now, can this be cured , I cannot pronounce rrrrr sound . Is there any exercises for this , or what can I do .

2.7 cm right side styloid process is enlarged? Last 9 months recurrent pain I feel in submandibular region. I have also oval shaped 18×7 mm right level IB with preserved fatty hilum. What are the cause for recurrent pain?

My right nose is blocked from last 2-3 days and today it's completely blocked.Pls help..I have taken steem and itrivin but not relief.

I am feeling burning sensation and pain in right side of throat and pain in right ear,and feeling heaviness on right side of tongue from 1 week...i am also feeling lump inside Throat on right side when put my finger inside and touching that lump,it is slightly pain on that lump to touch...i also able to feeling swollen lymph nodes under chin i recently visited an ENT for examine and he said nothing to worry about its just swollen taste buds on tongue and told me to stay stress free and and for ear he said its just mild allergy in ear... i am so much worrying about cancer or anything serious... what can i do? please help

Hi, My wight is just around 41kgs while I'm 25 years old. I feel weakness and get fatigued easily. 4-5 years back I'd gone through T3, T4, TSH tests. So t3 t4 came normal but tdh level was around 12. Few days back I went through the same test and agin my TSH level is 9.
