Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father is 61, mostly when he has his food, he is getting chocked and then omits the food out. He faces this problem often and unable to understand the core issue. He is addicted to alcohol and tobacco. Any suggestions what Should we do?

Hello doctor Iam using metaspray nasal spray 100metered dose for more than 10years for my sinus problem.It was prescribed by a doctor before 10years.Is it advisable to use nasal spray for such a long duration or should I stop using it.But after using it iam not getting affected by cold allergies often.

Hi doctor i am feeling pain under left ear till left below jaw line while pressing pain is severe and can be felt if i move neck upside and to the left, What can be the possible reason? I am also having cold and cough also feel pain when i blow my nose.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My father is having problem of throat clearing since last 8 months after one or two hour of meal or anytime for a short time. This is not through out the day but for one or two hours. It is not dark yellow mucus but a spit in throat or food pipe that needs to be clear. He already have taken cough syrup and medicine but no cure till date. Plz help if someone know what is the problem.

Yesterday I was having dizziness and slightly elevated blood pressure of 150/100. From today morning the right ear is clogged and is having body balancing problem with dizziness. Now the dizziness is almost gone but right ear is clogged with some kind of whistling sound appears slight hearing loss. Current medicines are Cilacar T morning and Bisoprolol 5 evening for hypertension. Will this go away or need consultation. Bisoprolol was added two weeks back. Could this be a side effect.
