Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last 9 months recurrent pain in right side submandibular region. And I had acid reflux. Now my 3D ct report say multiple subcentimetric and enlarged oval shaped hypodense homogenously enhancing nodes are seen in bilateral Level IB, Level II, V. No e/o any necrosis foci calcification.average size is 7×4mm. And largest one is 18×7mm in right level IB with preserved fatty hilum.

Hi doctors My baby is 20 months old weight is 11 kg. And currently he is on solid food and in morning and  sleeping time breastfeeding. My baby ear has occasionally itching I am seeing since 6-7 months. Sometimes he put finger and thumb inside ear and keep shaking and sometimes he injured his ear by putting nails. But whenever we see by puting torch . We found nothing. Clear and dry ear not any discharge or not any smell. But itching is being happened. As far as I see inside his ear there something white dry layer in both ear. So what should I do. I went to doctors . They suggest augmentin syrup and Drep C ear drops. But I think both are useless . Due to itchiness sometimes he rubs his jaws on my shoulder. And put his cheek on my shoulder for relief. No pain in ear . So what should to do

Dear Drs, I had vertigo issue since more than a year, after treatment and taking vertin capsule i got relief after one month later i was stable till one year now vertigo again started while sleeping right side my right side head start floating feeling like i am spinning, so i visited Kuwait Doctor 2 days ago where he suggested me to do some test and reports are attached and medicine prescribe by doctor is 1)Betaserc 16mg Tab 60s 2) stugeron 25mgTab50s 3) tabunex nasal spray 2 puff, can you help me with if reports are normal and there is no much worrisome in report and also confirm if prescribe medicine is correct?

The upper neck on the left side feels dry while swallowing and it irritates in Ear as well (sometimes). Moreover the tounge of that side also seems as if it is scratched while swallowing. I have an acidity problem. Too much acidity. When I have consulted Dr Saloni on ptacto she said that I the throat area is red and on provisional check up, she concluded that it's GERD. And she suggested me febrex+, Gelusil original, PanD. I'm having them from 2 days but no result is there. On the same side of the problem, I had tooth filling once. It doesn't pains but it irritates. Can you suggest what can be the cause?

Is surgery required? I've had nose congestion without mucus on 1 nostril, then that nostril becomes free and other nostril gets congested. This is from childhood. Since I have manged from childhood so can I avoid any surgery?
