Right ear block and right ear noise sound , Half hearing right ear last three days any problems please advise for tablet or drop

I have got my tonugue cuted by teeth accidently2 years ago  evey thing is ok but scar of the cut is there till now it does create any problem but a little deep groove is present there can it lead to cancer please suggest

I have a white spot on my tonsil for last 5months its not going. One month ago when i was doing salt water gargel it was gone and it came back few days later.i had also used betadine mouthwash..but nothing happened it keep coming back...no pain nothing...what is this..please suggest me

My right ear has muffled voice and it seems eco As well, feel blocked also, some time I feel salty water Like running nose water in my throat coming from right ear. I took heated pad , it gave sone relief, also I feel watery sensation in that ear. I showed to ent but no results,taken steroids and congnix plus tablebut no results. Doctor said it is tinnitus and u have to live with this Any suggestions. I got this issue after doing my gym workout and I was using the earpads . Sometime lastys iwas feeling muscles stiffness in myear and feel some cold sensation also before this muffled voice and echoing. I have a very mild buzzing sound also, but that is not bothering me.

I got my ear was removed 2 months ago. It was a very nice experience . Since then there is no itching in ear and I can hear loud and clear . But the next day after removing wax , while bathing, I realised that I can put water in my ears(deep into canal till eardrum)and then it gets out completely as there is no wax builtup and ear canal is completely clear. So since then I clean my ear canals with water almost every alternate days. I can still hear clear as much as I could hear just after removing wax 2 months ago . I have absolutely no hearing issue but is it ok to clear ear canal with water soo often ? Or I may face hearing issues after some years bcz of this ?

There are two holes in my tonsils. There is slight throat irritation in my throat. The saliva is little thicker. I have no pain, no fever. I was advised throat culture and sensitivity. Attached the report. The doctor whom I am supposed to visit is on leave for next two days. The bacteria found was klesiebialla oxcytoca. I have white stuff which is sometimes liquid that is secreted from tonsils. It's very simple sticky and goes out only after lot of gargling with hydrogen peroxide. I will visit doctor on Monday. I am taking pro biotics and anti allergies for now as advised by doctor. But I will only be able to share report on Monday. Should I wait 2 days for treatment?. Should I continue gargling?. I have this problem for over 3 months and the hole in tonsil gets bigger and bigger. I don't have a large tonsil. But my right tonsil has 2 huge holes probably caused by bacteria. What steps and treatment is advised as of now?

Hello, I m having pain on left side of my tonsile and surrounding muscle. It's almost 5 years now but I m not getting rid of this issue. Also I get iching on my left side of nose and also pain on paletine bone just below the left nose. Wat should I do? I m gone through all the test but nothing worked out to identify the cause. All results were ok only

Sorry recently I consulted and ENT to check whether if I have a tongue tie or not but the  ENT surgeon said that everything is fine with my tongue so I am really confused to know whether do I have a tongue tie or not cause I've been suffering from stammering and I feel my tongue is twisting in a bit whenever I try to talk I can feel the twisting of my tongue in my mouth. I don't know Reason for that. I am also on maths for anxiety for six months. Badi mouth stories I can feel the trembling of my tongue at times.
