Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

A cigarette smoking like smell is sticked to my nose and experiencing always for the past 4 days and having irritating/burning sensation. I am feeling uncomfortable and restless. But, I am not having any smoking habit. How can I get rid off from that smell?

Hi doctors My baby is 21 months old having hard wax in both ears inside ear canals and inside eardrum. Both ears are blocked by wax. And I think because of this. He sometimes become mad in sleeping times. He get up and sits here and there arround bed and lie in different position of neck . And this keeps up to one hour. His sleep is affected and also he kept fingering inside either one ear. Only one ear problem occurs at a time. Both ears have stong wax build up. I have attached image . Pls suggest what to do. I have a Question I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day - Weight training, I do Pranayama every day for 20 minutes, I sleep around 7 hours 20 minutes every night, I eat clean and good diet including fruits , vegetables, dry fruits. I take Zandu jaggery wala Chawanprash daily. I take turmeric mill every night. I take Herbal tea everyday. I eat out junk food once a week only , I take every precaution to not fall ill. I don't eat chutnies , Chilled water . Still I fall ill every 2 months. Cold , cough comes. Where I am going wrong. What else I can do to not fall ill . What's the root cause? Please tell
