  4. Infection in throat. To cure it asap?

Throat got red and it's causing pain while swallow anything m really worried please suggest if there will be any treatment or medicine to cure it asap

This is tonsillitis- red angry looking tonsils and lot of congestion in throat too. You need antibiotics. And if you are unable to swallow, you need iv antibiotics and fluids
