Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is pain and swelling behind my ear since I had a centipede bite in my scalp two days back. Is it related to the bite. Shall I go for treatment.

I think while brushing I have swallowed toothbrush bristle and it got stuck in my throat. But also I am not sure whether it is really stuck there or I am just thinking. And also I am having cough from more than 1 week.

My brother got high fever (103 F) for the first 2 days last Week followed by severe cough. He accidentally drank very hot water after that got blood while coughing. After taking antibiotics, fever was in control but not cough. And now he is unable to eat anything due to bitter taste. He already took covishield vaccine last year. Kindly advice.

I m suffering from ear pain from 2-3 days. I have tired with ear drop and also warm oil but nothing is happening n instead the pain is increasing.
