#Otrivin nasal drop- Drop the required number of drops into each nostril. The aim is to get the liquid to spread over all the inside surface of the nose - including the upper surface. A good position is to lie on a bed with your head hanging back over the edge. Stay like this for two minutes after putting in the drops before getting up. Donot swallow for 1 minute after giving nasal drop. #Antiallergic #Steroid nasal spray #CT scan PNS to check status of sinus #PTA and Tympanometry to see status of ear

Ma’am sense of hearing is a very sensitive issue, u should get a detailed consultation at the earliest to properly diagnose and treat it. Decreased hearing can have multiple causes from simple issues like wax to complex issues like sensorineural hearing loss which can be known only after a thorough examination and investigations like PTA, impedance audiometry etc
