Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last night everything was fine I came home,ate food but all of sudden I felt pain in my throat and difficulty in swallowing food and also felt clicking sound when I take saliva in so I didn't eat anything and slept , in the morning I started vomiting and water like fluid kept coming out in vomiting after which the pain was relieved but again I'm feeling the mucus in my Throat ,is this a virus infection or soar throat or could be an injury as I was laughing with friends while eating food or could be due to the cold drinks and ice creams I eat ,please help me and let me know the issue here,no other symptoms other than this

When I am swallowing my saliva it's making sound in my ear...and I am wishing again and again to pore finger in my ear...doctor have examined my ear and saying it's perfectly fine...plz tell me if it's normal?? And why I am facing this problem...plzz help

Sir, for last two months a small water filled blister occurs at the roof of my mouths which itself goes away after 2-3 days. It's happening frequently and earlier it was happening on the left side but today it has occurred on right side. It's happening frequently, it has no pain only a feeling of irritation.
