Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I developed a sore throat a few days ago. It led to coughing and now there's a slightly runny nose. There are some rashes at the back of my throat (I have attached a picture below). I don't have any other symptoms, nor do I have fever or anything. Is this just a common cold that can be treated with home remedies?

Is it normal for one side of the tonsil to be swollen when you are infected by common cold/ cough? Throat rash too

I am having ringing sensation in left ear for 2 days, feels like left ear is blocked , i am also suffering from cold and cough for almost 2 weeks..cough and cold is better after medication. But this blocked ear and ringing sensation is creating much discomfort for 2 days, kindly help what should be done to relieve this

My preterm baby born at 34 weeks in now 2 weeks and 15 days old. We took OAE twice and both the times ,it showed absent on right ear. We have been told to take BERA test. Is it normal for preterm babies to fail OAE test. Will it improve in upcoming days?

Had a infected throat last weekend which was resolved by 5 tablets of cheston cold over 2 days (Tuesday). However the nasal irritation increased with severe watery nose and sneezing as I was in a rural area (dust smoke etc.) Took an antihistamine day before Yesterday evening and cheston cold 2 tabs yesterday as well. I have come back to my base location. Currently have a stuffy nose with wet chest cough mild symptoms. Request guidance. Need
