Hi- my nose is blocked and very dry since the last 2-3 days. No fever or cough. I get relief by using otrivin oxy spray. I purchased it over the counter. Is it good for any long term use and any other recommendations to treat dry stuffy nose (no discharge)
Thank

Otrivin nasal drop provides only temporary relief. Do not use more often because doing so may increase the risk of side effects.
Prolonged use of Otrivin may cause a condition called rebound congestion. Symptoms of rebound congestion include long-term redness and swelling inside the nose and increased runny nose.
Next Steps
If you are facing dry nasal cavity use Saline nasal drop or Alkaline nasal wash.
