Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sollown lumpnode near throat. Could you please suggest medicine on the same. Is any medicine available instead of surgery?

While I was playing with crackers unfortunately a cracker blasted near my ear then onwards I'm suffering from ringing sound in my ear,what I have to do now? Certain time while I press my finger into my ears the sound stop then strt again Is it permanent or temporary?

I have hypertension and diabetes over 15 years. I snore loudly when I sleep ( highest 60dB) and quite consistently. At time I wake up with a slight sweat, pulse reads around 105, blood sugar 100,BP around 137/80, later comes down to 110/70 in the morning. At bed time BP 125/75 usually. My H1Abc 6.2 generally. J am on medication for sugar and BP. Should I need to be concerned with excessive snoring,?

Can i take cetzine and Dolo together for above symptoms Thanks .....................................

My father have swallowing in behind ear parda k piche from 20 days..that is ok now..but now he have facing lots of problems..like high BP 170 sometimes .anxiety, body ache, headache pain high, don't know what the reason..one doctor told there is some problem and one is saying no problem.

Does drinking alcohol makes sinus worse? I feel drowsiness and fatigue, heavy head and heavy eyes after the next day of drinking. Sometimes vertigo too

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, 2 years ago i got bronchitis and feeling of something stuck behind throat, After that i had treatment for that, since 9 months i am feeling sudden episode of vertigo it not a proper vertigo but a sensation in head like its flushing kind of disequilibrium i saw many doctors like Pulmonologist he suggested for MRI of sinuses that was clear, Cardiologist since my cholestrol are high, Done with stres echo that normal after that i came in a contact with ENT specialist, He asked about symptoms as i had diziness spinning sensation, along with a ringing sound in ears, he gave medicines it get normal but after i left medicines it again starts, not by itself it got normal for past 3 months, But again from last 5 days i am feeling same thing, Involuntary movemnt of chin, heavy and Flickered eyes as if unable to concentrate, ear ringing, Shortness of breath, Can you please suggest what problem it can be as after google it many says that can be brain problem?

I had dengue from 8th Oct to 21st Oct and covid from 19th Oct (inspite of 2 doses of vaccine 2 months ago). I also had conjunctivitis on 21st Oct and was told to take Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone eye drops 4 times a day for 5 days. I took only this medicine while I was having covid. My covid symptoms so far were: 99.3°F (sometimes) for first 2 days, loss of smell, cold, mild cough. Am I at risk of getting mucormycosis since I used Dexamethasone eye drops on one eye?
