Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How much drops and times can I put the Anu tel in my nostril and do we have a risk of getting any fungal infection due to this oil?

Today in the mirror I have seen small pea sized bumps in back of intirior pillar which are attached to the toungue and tonsil walls is it a disease or something else please tell

I have this small swelling like small ball at the back of my head in between neck and head since last two days. I also have been experiencing symptoms of cold since then too. Also when my throat gets heavy it pains at the area in vicinity to that swelling in the head portion.

Recovered from Covid 7 months back and suddenly since 2 months have a lost sense of smell. Very pungent odour with certain food like onins garlic etc

I feel sometimes a pressurized air type sensation in my both nose. It feels like that forcefully air from nose is coming out & will burst my nose or cause bleeding. No significant trauma history.(Back in 2014, got hit by a ball in nose and bleeding, got cured in a day, no problem since then) No viral infection currently. No mucus in nose. Having Anxiety Disorder.

Suddenly i was talking on phone nd some water type fluid started coming from ear .. But i can hear from that ear .. Why does it happens to me ..i don't use any earphone in that ear still Please tell me ... please .. will i loose my hearing ..
