Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, I experience voice change, mild ear and jaw pain, discomfort in soft pallet. Gone through throat endoscopy, infection is present and doctor suggested tablet to reduce acid reflux and to reduce infection. I drank cold water a day before. As an additional opinion I ask you, is their any serious issue, if it is please suggest diagnosis steps. Please support 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello doctors, I am taking montelukast sodium and levocetirizine hydrochloride (brand name Jaylak-L) for past 6-7 months for my allergy. I used to get cold frequently due to allergies. So doctor prescribed me this medicine. Nowadays I am not getting allergic cold. But I feel abdominal pain for few weeks now. Most of the times pain on the upper sides-both left and right. Sometimes it stays for few mins , sometimes few hours. It's mild constant pain. I had full body checkup 8 months back and all reports are normal including abdominal scan. Is there any possibility that this could be due to this medication? Can I safely stop this tablet? Please advise.

Still pus was coming, but it was reduced. So I started Ceftas 400mg from 11th day and today it is 13th day. I read on internet that it has to be taken only for 7-14 days. The pus is almost gone. But little is there. If the pus persists even after 14 days, then can I and shall I continue Ceftas 400mg even after 14 days? And if yes, for how many days shall I continue it?

Why doesn't the smell of food that I eat stay in my mouth? Also after covid I am unable to enjoy the mild taste food like Maggie, poha and dal rice why does it happen and when will it be recovered??
