Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Constant ringing in left ear. Pain was also there but after cleaning pain was cured. A rupture in tympanic membrane might be there. Please tell the cure for ringing.

I have developed a bad ear piercing infection. I consulted a dermatologist for the it. He prescribed me medicine for 5 days and asked me to show it to ENt after 5 days. Should i wait for 5 days or should i consult now. He prescribed cepodox cv and zerodol sp and oitinment tbact.

Recently two months ago undergone tympanoplasty, got stitch infection and last week surgeon had stitched again. But after that continuously getting echo in my left ear. Though I can hear but its irritating and if I pickup any call and trying to hear from left ear voice tune completely change and right ear voice tune is ok. Mainly problem occurs when someone talks loudly.

I had fever,body ache, cold and throat irritation. Doctor gave me augmentin 625 along with other medicines, my symptoms reduced after 1st dosage and I am fine now its 3 days. Is taking augmentin 625 twice a day for 3 days enough or should I complete the 5 day course. This is a general question for future too, whenever I have mild fever cold can amoxyllin be taken for3 days.
