White stuff from tonsils crypts or holes

Asked for Male, 34 Years

This is a sticky white material that looks rubbery and it does not come out easily. It been there for weeks. I have no other symptoms except sometimes I have throat irritation and while I take lozenges it goes away. I do salt water gargling 3 times a day. How do I get rid of this white stuff. Attaching picture. It is very sticky. Is this keratosis tonsils or tonsil stones?

There a large crypts in the tonsils where debris lodges and leads t o tonsilloliths. U need to do regular garles with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day.
