Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Two to three weeks ago ...i have got vaccum in my ears...and after getting vaccum in my ears when I swallow my saliva it's making much sound in my ear and yes some air is also going inside my ear that is making me little bit uncomfortable...my jaws are also getting little tight....plz suggest me something... And doctor have examined my ears and saying that my ear is fine plzzz suggest me something

I am hearing buzzing sounds from one ear What should I do ? Is this tinnitus ? I developed it after I had cough and fever

Hi, my father is having problem in his throat from last 1 month, he consult many doctors, actually it hurts little bit when he swallow food. And there is a soaur throat. We did endoscopy as well it was clear , medicine he was having are some pain killers and Amoxicillin and levocitrize doctors said this is allergy , but he is still facing the same issue , he is a chain smoker cant quite smoking. Please advise.

Hello Doctors, I was tested covid positive on 05.10.2021, and today i e 01/11/2021 almost a month, my sense of smell and taste has not yet returned fully. I can sense faint smell sometimes and taste also. Should I be worried?? What should be my next course of action? Thanks
