Last night while coughing i think the lozenge went down my trachea and not oesophagus... But i did not cough or choke ..i had no difficulty in breathing... After 5 mins my abdomen had a little pain which went away after taking an antacid and i slept fine too but still want to ask should i consult a doctor?

Since you don’t have difficulty in breathing, it is less likely that the lozenge is stuck in your airway. It has most probably just irritated and your airway and then gone down your food passage. If you experience shortness of breath then you must consult urgently.
Its very unlikely to have gone into trachea or airway as seems from ua description. Even if it has gone into the oesophagus it would have dissolved by now. Still if u feel u can consult
