Red skin painfull inside mouth
Hi doctor, last 2,3 days some red skin appear inside my mouth and its painfull. when i go to brush small blood appear on that part. is any thing serious please refer to the screenshot for the same

It could be due to accidental tongue bite ot could be an ulcer. Visits a nearby ENT to confirm and thereafter start appropriate local application medication.
