Epley maneuver
I am having surrounding spinning or myself rotating like sensation from past 15 days my gynaecologist said it's due to vertigo and it will go on its own so  can I do epley maneuver on my own to recover fast

No you cannot do epley’s manoeuver on your own. Please see an ENT to check whether it’s positional vertigo or not.

No ma’am actually we need to ascertain the cause of vertigo, there are many reasons only if the vertigo is BPPv which can be known by the Dix Halpike maneuver then only will benefit from epleys ans that too needs to be done under ent guidance
