Undisplaced fracture of nasal bone
Attached is the xray report. Swelling on nose and there is pain when nose is touched or pressed. It is 1cm behind the nasal tip.

Usually nothing has to be done for undisplaced nasal bone fracture. Please see an ENT and get a prescription of medication to reduce swelling and prevent infection. You can apply ice to your nose.
