Nose bone pain and facial bone pain
I am having pain in my nasal bone and due to which I have pain in my full facial bone and also in my head and jaws. Everytime it feels like heavness in my nose bone. And also i had surgery of nose due to fracture 5 years back.

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
