Lightheadedness and Nausea
I had been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis on 2015 and after that few days I woke with right ear heaviness.Aftwr that my symptoms were nausea and lightheadedness but I don't have vertigo attack..I am having heaviness in and around my head and the right gland is little bit swollen.Now my symptoms are lightheadedness and Nausea and also pain on entire face and also cough and cold...

Virus causing common cold like rhinovirus, RS Virus can lead to vestibular neuritis or viral labrynthitis which presents with vertigo only in the former vase and vertigo with decreased hearing in the later case. To properly diagnose and treat ua condition u need a thorough consultation.
