Vertigo is a very complex diagnosis, first need to determine that it is really vertigo then need to know the type of vertigo and cause of vertigo, then only can i completely treat ua problem. U need to give a detailed history.

Well if you are having vertigo with aural fullness at sometime of day then you need to exclude Meneire disease.
Treatment of any vertigo is complex with proper history and investigation is mandatory to conclude a diagnosis.
Antivertigo drug like Vertin is helpful to reduce vertigo
