Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am attaching a prescription of an ENT doctor who has prescribed my father few investigations such as PTA, VEMP etc. I am not able to read the diagnosis section properly. Can anyone please tell me what all diagnosis has he formed in this section. My father has been suffering from severe vertigo, vomiting, headache and loss of balance since 2018. What are the uses of this test and does it relate to the diagnosis form. I want to make sure that this doctor is not advising unnecessary tests and is working on the right line.

Hello Experts! I m suffering from throat pain from a month. Initially, I was suffering from dengue and all things got better in first 10 days, then after 5 days, pain in throat started again. I consulted doctor and he had prescribed me a pain relief medicine, stomach acid relief medicine and azithromycin for 5 days and I got proper relief. Then after 5 days, pain started again and i consulted other doctor and she prescribed me pain relief medicine, stomach acid relief medicine and cepodem medicine for 5 days and got a proper relief. Now again after 2 days of medication, my throat is again paining while swallowing saliva, food or water. What should I do now?

...Can stress cause lymph node swelling ... Because my lymph node is swelling without any reason ...

Instead of spraying nasal spray,I used it like a nasal drops by laying down and then dropped it in my nostrils. Is it safe or deem to have any health complications?

Yesterday, just like every year around this time, the common cold took me down. I don't have a fever yet but besides the occasional sneezing and coughing, my nose is dripping like anything. The doctors I have ever seen regarding this always prescribe me a doze of Allegra 120 or an alternative to it. I'm usually hesitant about taking medicines and I almost always allow the immune system to deal with minor diseases like this on it's own. The reasoning behind this is so that my natural immunity gets strengthened. Is this the right way to go about it? Should I start taking the artificial remedies?
