Hi Doctor, do I have sinus. I have headache, facial pain which includes teeth pain, ear as well as eyes. Even visited dentist, they said due to sinus. Please suggest any medicine and how much time it will take to go.

In this x ray ua maxillary sinuses appear clear, but ua frontal sinuses appear hazy. U need get a nasal endoscopy and ct scan of sinuses done to properly diagnose and treat it

Pain involving full face. In X ray Maxillary sinus clear, little hazy frontal sinus.

Next Steps

Do Serum Calcium, Vit D3, Complete blood count. Check for any deficiency of calcium and Vitamin D and take medicine accordingly. Decongestant nasal drop steroid nasal spray Antihistaminic Analgesic
