Extreme pain in throat and ear.
I am suffering from extreme throat and ear pain since 3 days but last night it increased too much that I couldn't even sleep. In left side of throat it feels like something is in there and I am suffering from extreme pain please help.

I get cold starting with sneezing once after two weeks.
I don't get cold when it's summer going on and I take lots of cold drink and ice cream and still I am fine
