Nose block and difficult to breath
I m 29 year old male . I have been suffering from breathing issue from last 1 year . Xray, ecg , all reports are normal.
I had vitamin deficiency and acid reflux
Now most of the time my nose is block and find ot difficult to breath . And also I yawn too much for no reason.
What might be the reason ? For excessive yavn and nose block

U need to get a nasal endoscopy done and also FOL to know the cause of difficulty breathing. For excessive yawning u may need some hormonal studies and psychiatrist consultation if there is mood issues also

For Nose block CT scan PNS and Nasal endoscopy is required for management.
Yawning can be due to weakness.

A detailed evaluation is needed . And for that go for Nasal as well as laryngeal endoscopy . Then will get to knw wat causing this
