Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a bad breath, my mouth is always bitter. If I eat much pepper or alcohol I feel hotness inside my stomach. If I lick too much orange too it happens. My major concern is the bad breath and the bitterness of my mouth or tongue.

28f..yesterday night ran into glass door thinking it's open but it was closed..Got hurt on forehead and nose...tears rolled out and felt giddy ,teeth head and eyes burn at that moment...too much pain ..taking diclofenac applying ice cube...can find little swelling and greish Mark on nose...full head is paining...while washing face also even if I touch or move nose iam feeling pain and nose became dry....is it serious or will it get cure...am very much worried ...shortness of breath too

Hi, I have tonsil infection.. 1 side of tonsil got swell, it's hard like .. marble. No pain at all. I visited hospital, Dr gave me medicine mouth wash, Paracetamol 500 and Azithromycin 500. I observed, after taking Azithromycin 500, I am facing diarrhea for 1/2 hrs..then normal. Plz suggest, is it normal or I have to stop that medicine.

I feel there is a lot of wax buildup stuck in my ear(inside) and my eardrums also vibrate sometimes when i use earphones or hear a loud noise.

White stone in tonsils causing so much head ear throat pain. Soar throat problem from 6-7 days. So much throat and ear pain. Also tonsils swollen up tried several times but can't remove those white food particles. Now it's out of control . What to do please suggest
