Pain below ear also have vertigo

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I feel like my blood vessel is stretching under my jawline and minor pain I was diagnosed with vertigo but now I have cold it paining otherwise it would not pain normally is there anything I can do at home to relieve the stretchy like feeling under my ear below my jawline It would be very much appreciated thankyou so much
