I have been diagnosed with bppv for a month. I have already taken vertin -24 mg for 20 days yet there are no major improvement.
Last time epley maneuver which indicated no vertigo. Yet i had episode of vertigo for whole day.
What are the possible scenarios if vertigo last for full day
Other symptoms are
Ear fullness (3-4 times)
Trembling (once)
Flatulence and gas
Nausea
There is no hear loss and constant pain and ringing in ear.
I have following other questions
Is diarrhoea associated with this ?
Can being on screen or mobile be the trigger ?
Do i need double pillow while sleeping?
Can this lead to any major problem?
