Nose bleed as it is
My brother and family located in Turkey. His 7yrs old son is having frequent nose bleed issue.
Nose bleed even without disturbing (picked or rubbed) anything on nose observed.

Frequent nose bleed means he must be having bleeding from the keiselbachs plexus on the littles area of septum. U need to take a thorough consultation for him. Meanwhile put otrivin p nasal drops 2 drops three times a day in both nostril, and get cbc, bt ct, pt inr tests done
