I've been coughing for more than a month now. I've had a couple of dry cough medicines, I've tried gargling with salt water, I've taken steam baths but still my cough isn't going away. The cough isn't continuous, it comes after a long interval in the day. But, in the night it becomes more violent.

I had septoplasty 2.5 months back and my nose becomes very dry these days and I feel numb in it, I feel that it is because of nasal dryness. It sometimes causes difficulty in breathing also and I don't feel like my nose is like before. Is this a case of Empty Nose Syndrome coz I showed it to my surgeon and they said they can't find anything wrong! I showed another doctor too and he too didn't feel anything was wrong! I need help please tell me. Also please suggest a moisturizing gel or spray that I can carry whenever I am going at a place that has dry air and no moisture in it. I need a gel or spray that I can sprsy anytime and is handy.

Hi, For around 6 months, I'm having continuous sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose and itchy throat. But the symptoms are manageable. Also i have GERD. Due to this, I am afraid to take covid vaccine. Please suggest me whether I'm good to go for vaccine or not
