Sir if there is perforation in ear drum then u may be having conductive hearing loss, which can be easily corrected by a surgery namely tympanoplasty. U need to get a pta done to know the type and extend of hearing loss. U can take neurobion forte but it is unlikely to give any significant improvement in hearing

If there is hearing loss due to perforation of Tympanic membrane then you need to do Pure Tone Audiometry and CT scan temporal bone to see the status of your hearing and ear and accordingly operation for ear is planned.
