Yes septoplasty can be done safely at your age but one thing is local infiltration of adrenaline should be avoided during the procedure. As far as the indication of surgery is concerned, there must be good indication there thats why the doctor advised u surgery. But if u want my opinion u need to share the film of CT scan.
