I was having trouble breathing through one nose from 1 year ( did antibiotics for many months on and off with no result). Recently problem escalated and doctor did nose exam and said there was some obstruction ( CT scan recommend). Also did some blood test as prescribed.
Can anyone tell what do they mean ?( Having bad dust allergies since last 10 days)

Hi the trouble breathing you have, doesn’t seem to be because of infections. The blood tests and your symptom of sneezing suggests it’s likely to be allergic rhinitis which causes nose block.

These lab tests are routinely done when your ENT Surgeon is planning any surgical intervention. You need to get a CT scan of your nose and paranasal sinuses for me to interpret the specific issue that you want to know.
Yes, your immune system has been sensitised to some airway allergens, which is why your blood eosinophils and AEC are significantly raised. The nasal stuffiness, runny nose, sneezing bouts, itchy nose, eyes and throat are all immune reactions to those allergens.
