Hello There;
There are so many reasons which can show such kind of symptoms. It may be indicative sign from just common cold to Daviated Nasal septum. Diagnosis of such problem depend upon Case History, Clinic examination and diagnostic tests.
You should visit to your Family Physician for thorough clinical examination and advise.
