For the past two days, I am having problem swallowing food. I can feel my epiglottis when I put my finger behind the tongue. not having much problem breathing but while swallowing it feels a bit.

Please stop feeling your epiglottis. Avoid digital manipulation as you may introduce organisms yourself through micro abrasions. Do salt water gargling and take paracetamol. Take hot diet with plenty of fluids (nonchilled). If the problem still persists consult an ENT specialist.
