If your chest Ct is normal and you still have breathing difficulty, you could visit an ENT once to check your nose for signs of allergic changes in which case, anti allergic sprays and tablets should help. If that is also clear then visit a chest physician to rule out other causes of difficulty in breathing. Your act scan does not show any sinusitis but you may have allergic rhinitis and you have a slight deviated septum as well.
