Pain in face
I am having pain in face ( in cheek bone area) when i bend forward or back or even walk hardly feeling more pain. But i do not have any runny nose or sore throat buy many says my voice is nasal. Is it happining because of sinusities or any other reason ?

Nasal voice means u are having nasal blockage and combined with facial pain it suggests sinusitis. U should get a thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it
