Pain in neck throat and right side face
I am occasionally having pain in my right side upper neck which radiates to the throat, jaw. There at times a tightness in the right side of the face...I am having gerd and I am on ppi rabeperazole, actapro and antacids...can it be acid reflux...

You may be suffering from cervical myofacial pain which can refer to throat and face. Such neck pain are usually not because of GERD. if you can find a point in your neck which is painful while pressing then that confirms the diagnosis. If diagnosis is confirmed you may need to do neck exercises and physiotherapy
