Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello ma'am/sir. This is regarding my husband's condition which he's facing from past 1 month. He is sensing some foul smell with eatables Or cooked food. He gets some unexplainable smell and not able to eat anything properly. The smell of onion, garlic, jeera, curry leaves, Aesopotida etc which has strong odour(flavor). He's loosing appetite and weight in turn. Want to know what might be the cause and how long it might take to recover. Note: He had severe cold and cough (allergic as dic said). This started after it's recovery. Kindly help with your valuable suggestions

1. Blackening of tongue noticed today, not going off by regular rinsing or brushing. 2. Experienced sore throat since 2-3 days, self medicated A. Cipladine gargle B. Azythromycin 500mg once a day since 2 days. Is it a cause of concern?? Should I visit doctor or wait for 2-4 days ?? If yes, who should I visit, ENT or dentist ??

I got two lymphs both side under chin. Is it a matter of concern or it'll be fine automatically? I had my tooth treatment almost a month ago. (Tooth removal)

Hello docter today my daughter get her ear pierced with gun by pediatrics ent docter He prescribed cream and omnicef 100mg medicine .. just want to comfirm is omnicef 100mg dispersible tablet given to toddler 3.5 year old..

From 3 months I have problem of throat. But 3 to 4 days ago I was ill with cold. Before that I am facing so many problems with left side chest pain. And problem was created with covid in sept20. At that time doctor said it is muscle spasm. It is not cure. And also there was little bit swelling below the left year. Now I am facing with throat pain with swelling below ear up to the chick. Also consulted with ENT sp.but he said that is neck muscle. Also consult with orthopedic doctor he gave me  💊 related to nerves and muscles. I am facing too much problem with throat and chest tightness. I have also done endoscopy ,ecg, blood report,mammography,pft, neck xray. Only neck x-rays shows early spondylotic changes in spine and reduced IVD space between C4-C5 and C5-C6 vertebrae. But I have left chest side numbness, sometimes breathing problem and now throat pain and also some voice problem.

Sir I want to know that I myself am taking taking high dose medicines to control my bp. According to a certified doctor i am taking telmisartan(40mg) amlodipine(5.0mg) as well as chlortalidane(6.25mg) from a few months. But it is a matter of grave concern that my b.p is not being controlled properly. That remains within 155/90 mg HG. I have also a problem a DNS. The nasal septum is not totally normal and as a result of I am also feeling difficulty to breath properly. So can you suggest me anything means is there any relation between bp and DNS. Yes I am also taking floresp nasal spray for 1 week . So please suggest me something doctor.

How to get rid of snoring. Its feeling embarrassing with partner or in train and any where. Please suggest something.

When I sneeze out my mucus from nose, for past couple of weeks, along with the normal mucus, they are chunks of unknown matter and when I smell it, it smells like rotten things found in drainage. Is it anything to worry about?
