Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What could be problem for snoring Iam 85 Kgs height 5.8 Inches Earlier I use to snore but not too much now from past 1 week I have nose blockage due to which Iam having excess snoring What can we do to avoid snoring Any home remedy?

I suffered pain in my throat, blood cough and yesterday I had fever.when today I wake up my left eye glued and my eye colour is light red.

I am having pain in face ( in cheek bone area) when i bend forward or back or even walk hardly feeling more pain. But i do not have any runny nose or sore throat buy many says my voice is nasal. Is it happining because of sinusities or any other reason ?

I have cleaned my hear in hospital for the ringing sound in right ear yesterday. Now the ringing in right ear has stopped but I am hearing continuous beep sound in my left ear after cleaning. Sometimes the sound disappears and sometimes it's too mild and sometimes it's too loud. Whether the ear wax removal is the reason for this because only after the removal I could hear such. Whether it'll go by its own? Kindly help me please 🙏.

I have pain in one of my pierced ear. Piercing was done in 2014. On touching i can feel one small and hard lump which is paining.
