Water in ear
In August last year, I noticed some water coming out of my ear after using earphones and I though it's just sweat. But next morning water was still there and I went to doctor and they said it's just allergy and will go in some weeks. But even after months whenever I put earphones on, water comes out of my ear and it lasts for around 2-3 weeks.

Ideally your ears should be examined to ch ek the nature of the discharge that you have mentioned. Usually any sort of discharge form the ear would indicate some sort of infection. But to confirm that your ears need to be seen physically.

because you have allergy. allergy remains for long periods of time.avoid using earphone
