Whenever I do any physical work or sports or running I feel some sweat or water in one of my ears and whatever I speak surrounds in my head .I.e my voice surrounds in my head which keeps increasing and decreiasing.
This only happens during physical work. Otherwise they are totally fine.

though there is no clear explanations for your symptoms its likely that sweat glands inside your ear canal are hyperfunctional and when you do physical exercises the sweat may enter your ear and cause blocking sensation. though your symptoms are more physiologic you can consult nearby ENT specialist to be sure
